  • Firstly, candidates are to come along with a printed copy of the NDLEA Acknowledgement Slip
  • Secondly, photocopies of their certificates and other related documents
  • Also, their birth certificate
  • Most importantly, a Health/medical certificate acquired from any government hospital
  • Lastly, a duly filled NDLEA guarantors form.
